Abstract


AIMS OF THE STUDY

 

1.  To prospectively assess and compare functional status after surgical decompression in patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy, at 3, 6 and 12 months post surgery.

 

2.  To prospectively assess and compare the natural history of cervical spondylotic myelopathy in those patients who choose not to have surgery, at 3, 6 and 12 months follow up.
